Description

Retrieves the description and keywords from the IPTC data of a file. The following records are returned:
◼PhotoShop_IPTC_Records/IPTC_PS_Caption
◼PhotoShop_IPTC_Records/IPTC_PS_Keywords

Returns false if the file does not contain an IPTC description or keywords.

Note: ssKeywords can be nil
