Description

Specifies properties of the Rich Editor toolbar.

The Rich Editor toolbar appears over a TIERichEdit if AutoToolbar is True.
It appears when editing formatted text of TIETextLayer if loShowRichTextToolbar has been added to LayerOptions
These properties are also used as the default for the TIERichEditToolbar.
