It looks like the layers.magnify property has disappeared at some stage recently but I can't see any mention of it in release notes.

What is the new method of controlling the magnification on layers?

For example, my code was:

image2.Layers[1].Magnify.Rate := TrackBar2.Position / 10;
1   L A T E S T    R E P L I E S    (Newest First)

Hi

Magnify is now a property of TIEImageLayer. You should typecast your layer object.

e.g.
ImageEnView1.Layers[1].Magnify.Rate := 10;
Becomes:
TIEImageLayer(ImageEnView1.Layers[1]).Magnify.Rate := 10;
