I am using autoshrink to initially resize a picture to the size of my component. I then want to allow the user to zoom in/out as required, but zoom does not work when autoshrink is true (works OK when false).

is this by designed?

Thanks

The next release will feature a set of TActions that will make this process more streamlined.

Thanks Bill

Could I request a feature then - have an option to autoshrink/stretch on load, using a checkbox seems a bit cumbersome.

Thanks

If you have AutoShrink set to true and want to zoom, then set AutoShrink to False just before before sooming. This also applies to AutoFit and AutoStretch as well. You will also need a checkbox or menuitem to reset AutoShrink to True;
