I have a urgent question about the TImageEnProc.ConvertTo method. If I understand it correctly there are 3 overloaded versions I can use here. In one of the methods I can pass a custom palette as an array of TRGB.
My question is about TIEDitherMethod = ieDithering. Is the Floyd-Steinberg dithering applied here? If not, how can this be implemented?
The reason for my question is that I have to convert an image into 4 up to max. 6 fix defined possible colors and, due to the possible true color illusion, this e. g. would have to be best implemented with the Floyd-Steinberg algorithm. Or is there an even better algorithm for such a very limited number of colors?
