Read an image from the disk, then mask the left third of the image with white, and finally save the processed image as a stream.
Need to use the fastest processing method, thank you!

Can you clarify what you mean by "mask" the image? Do you mean an image mask, or just fill it with white?

Just load it and use FillRect() then:

You could also use multiple threads to improve the overall processing time. See the threaded processing demos in the Demos\ImageEditing\ folder.
