I use the DoPreviews dialog to create special effects in TImageEnView:

ImageEnViewInsert1.Proc.DoPreviews( ppeSpecialEffects );

Unfortunately, Cartoonify is not among the set of ppeSpecialEffects.

How can the CARTOONIFY effect be added to the DoPreviews dialog so the user can visually play with the Cartoonify parameters?

I have tested it. The Cartoonify feature is beneficial in the DoPreviews dialog.
