I have the latest version of ImageM and IEVision, can you show me an example of how to get PDF results in text instead of text image? I get documents directly from the scanner and I prefer it to be scanned in the appropriate format for OCR, in this case PDF with text. Can you give me an example of how to scan this into PDF, getting it directly from the scanner in the most appropriate format for OCR?
If they are scanned, then you will be getting an image of text. In that case, your best format would be PNG. You can then OCR the PNG files with IEVision.
