I recently purchased the ImageEn component set for Delphi and incorporated the ImageEnDBView into my project in order to add image viewing functionality. My Application size went from 9mb to over 11mb. Is this typical or did the entire library compile by default? Is there a way to trim the size down a bit, it seems excessive for only including one component.

Thanks!

Hi

When adding an ImageEnDBView you are actually adding the main parts of the library:

Viewer (TImageEnView)
Input/Output (TImageEnIO)
Image Manipulation (TImageEnProc)

Plus the DB functionality.

If you want to reduce the size of the library, open ie.inc and undefine any features that you require. Then recompile the library.
