Description

Allows enabling and configuration of the Layer Movement gesture. The Windows gesture of "Pan with inertia" is performed by "dragging 1 or 2 fingers".

Note:
◼The Pan and layer movement gestures are mutually exclusive (i.e. you cannot use both)
◼TImageEnView only. Has no effect with TImageEnMView
